Rocco Gallelli is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. For 15 years, Rocco has been the Manager of Innovative Catering Concepts, specializing in full-service catering, concession management and event planning. Rocco has revolutionized the food truck industry in the Mid Atlantic Region, being one of the first to bring mobile catering into our area.

Rocco has catered many events in the Philadelphia area including musical festivals and national events. He expanded his expertise to host Super Bowls, the illustrious Fields of Dreams in Iowa, and many other sporting events throughout the country. A proud Wildcat and graduate of Villanova University, Rocco is the go-to person for all things catering.

ANTHONY STAGLIANO, JR.

Anthony Stagliano, Jr. has the reputation of being one of the most well-known hotel sales executives in the Philadelphia region. Currently, Anthony holds the title of Chief Operating Officer at Innovative Catering Concepts, a full-service catering house, specializing in concession management and event planning. Anthony started his career in banquet sales made a quick rise in the business, knowing every aspect of hospitality management. 

Anthony’s wealth of knowledge in the hospital industry is vast, having been in the business for 30 years. Anthony is an entrepreneur and currently has a self-dedicated practice cold REMEDY, marketing to help those companies building their sales and marketing plans for future development. However, his accolades do not stop here. He is a proud graduate of Widener University and brought back TKE to the university as its president. Anthony is also very involved in philanthropy and community service as the Secretary to the Fancy Brigades Association. There is no one more dedicated to his profession and family then Anthony.

MARIA GALLELLI

Maria Gallelli has been in the service industry for over 30 years in areas such as corporate travel, financial services, real estate, and hospitality management.  In addition to supporting her husband, Rocco, in the early days of catering events, Maria had her own Event Planning company called DCT Events, where she did “Day of” Wedding Services and Wedding and Event Planning.  Her niche was full service customized events and Destination Weddings.  While raising their two children, Maria and Rocco opened their first on-site location in Williamstown, NJ, where they live. 

Maria is the principal and owner of Innovative Catering Concepts.  Maria also has an Accounting and Finance Degree from LaSalle University.  The last 15 years, she has held the title of controller and CFO of major corporations.  Maria has also consulted for businesses and real estate brokerages in the area and coaches leaders across the country in business and leadership.  Bringing Innovative Catering Concepts to the next level, along with her husband Rocco, has been a literal dream come true.

CLAIRE PEACOCK

Claire has been with Innovative Catering Concepts since 2018.  Over the past few years, Claire has sold for the New Jersey and tri-state area for the in-house events at The Estate at Monroe in Williamstown.  As a seasoned professional, Claire is a vibrant, passionate individual who has focused on Catering Sales managing and coordinating the sales, predicting sales forecasts, and maintaining customer relations for ICC for half of a decade. Claire’s role also involved managing and collaborating with the culinary team, event planning, and hands-on food preparation when needed.

Claire graduated from RCSJ with an associates degree in education but found her passion in the hospitality industry in 2006.  Her relationship building and sales knowledge in the food and beverage sectors of our industry are unwavering.  In her spare time, Claire likes to spend time with her two children and extended family. She enjoys dining out, meeting new people, and making personal connections.
