Rocco Gallelli is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. For 15 years, Rocco has been the Manager of Innovative Catering Concepts, specializing in full-service catering, concession management and event planning. Rocco has revolutionized the food truck industry in the Mid Atlantic Region, being one of the first to bring mobile catering into our area.

Rocco has catered many events in the Philadelphia area including musical festivals and national events. He expanded his expertise to host Super Bowls, the illustrious Fields of Dreams in Iowa, and many other sporting events throughout the country. A proud Wildcat and graduate of Villanova University, Rocco is the go-to person for all things catering.

ANTHONY STAGLIANO, JR.

Anthony Stagliano, Jr. is renowned as one of the most prominent hotel sales executives in the Philadelphia region. Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Innovative Catering Concepts, a full-service catering company specializing in concession management and event planning. Anthony began his career in banquet sales and quickly advanced, mastering every aspect of hospitality management.

With 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Anthony possesses a wealth of knowledge. He is also an entrepreneur, running a consultancy called REMEDY Sales and Marketing , which aids companies in developing their sales and marketing strategies. Anthony is a proud graduate of Widener University, where he played a pivotal role in re-establishing TKE as its president. 

His dedication extends beyond his profession to philanthropy and community service. He serves as the Business Agent of the Fancy Brigades Association. Anthony's commitment to his profession and family is unparalleled.

MARIA GALLELLI

Maria Gallelli has over 30 years of experience in the service industry, spanning corporate travel, financial services, real estate, and hospitality management. In addition to supporting her husband, Rocco, in the early days of their catering business, Maria founded DCT Events, offering “Day of” wedding services and comprehensive wedding and event planning. She specialized in full-service customized events and destination weddings.

While raising their two children, Maria and Rocco opened their first on-site location in Williamstown, NJ, where they reside. Maria is the principal and owner of Innovative Catering Concepts. She holds an Accounting and Finance degree from LaSalle University. Over the past 15 years, Maria has served as a controller and CFO for major corporations. She has also consulted for businesses and real estate brokerages and coached leaders nationwide in business and leadership.

Bringing Innovative Catering Concepts to the next level with her husband Rocco has been a literal dream come true for Maria.

CLAIRE PEACOCK

Claire has been with Innovative Catering Concepts (ICC) since 2018. Over the past few years, she has been responsible for catering sales in the New Jersey and tri-state area, particularly for in-house events at The Estate at Monroe in Williamstown. As a seasoned professional, Claire is a vibrant and passionate individual who excels in managing and coordinating sales, predicting sales forecasts, and maintaining customer relations for ICC. Her role also involves collaborating with the culinary team, event planning, and hands-on food preparation when needed.

Claire graduated from RCSJ with an associate degree in education but discovered her passion for the hospitality industry in 2006. Her skills in relationship building and sales in the food and beverage sector are unwavering. In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with her two children and extended family. She loves dining out, meeting new people, and making personal connections.
